I am commited to providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore and better understand yourself. Together, we use therapy to navigate life’s natural ebbs and flows, foster personal growth, and develop sustainable mindsight — helping you notice, understand, and respond to your inner experiences in ways that promote healing and overall wellbeing.

A little bit more about me

I strongly value maintaining a meaningful life outside of work. While my passion for helping others led me to a fulfilling career in psychology, I also prioritise time to recharge and engage in things that bring me joy. I love spending time on the coast, anything relating to the ocean keeps me grounded. I also enjoy live music, watching the O.C and reading. At home, life is made brighter by my Labrador x Kelpie, Kumo. I hope to one day have him trained as a therapy dog.
